Just four songs, but well worth the listen/purchase.  ”Waves” is in the running for Song of the Year on our site… http://www.rarasfarm.com/2013/blondfire-where-the-kids-are-ep-review/

This Cayucas album is absolutely destined to be my go to selection for the summer. Has a great beach-rock vibe.  Here’s the review: http://www.rarasfarm.com/2013/cayucas-bigfoot-album-review/

Twenty One Pilots are…fuck…I really do not know what to say about them apart from; they are one of the best live bands that you can see right now. I HIGHLY recommend catching them live, just fucking go see them! I got to photograph the band for a second time as they headlined Bowery Ballroom and it was an amazing experience.

Jimmy Kimmel tricked people at Coachella into professing their love for bands that don’t exist, and it is absolutely hysterical.

April is definitely going to remain a very memorable month to me. Things were busy but also massive as well. I got to shoot two stadium gigs for two acts that I love (Green Day and Muse) and got to see another act that I love (Phoenix) in a small venue, probably the last time I ever will now that they’re arena/festival headliners. There were a lot of other gigs in between and luckily most of those acts played unforgettable shows as well. Bring on May! To see full galleries/recaps of the acts I shot in April just click on the names below:

Throughout April I photographed: The Virgins/Har Mar Superstar, Hank And Cupcakes, Frightened Rabbit, Phoenix, Green Day, San Cisco, Lianne La Havas, Mika, Cold War Kids, The Joy Formidable, Muse, & Skinny Lister.

Love this guy’s photography.
